What the service does
Roll Call compares motion seen by cameras you own against a schedule you declare, and tells you whether a visit was confirmed, missed, close to but outside the window, or could not be verified.
What it does not do
Roll Call reports when someone was on site. It does not measure how long anyone worked, does not identify who arrived, and does not judge whether work was done well or at all. A camera at an access point brackets a visit; it does not supervise one.
Cameras go offline, motion is missed, and schedules change. When we cannot see, we say so rather than guessing, but you should not treat Roll Call as proof on its own.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for having the right to monitor the property whose cameras you connect.
Payment
Roll Call is a monthly subscription, billed through the Ring app. A free trial comes first and does not convert on its own: nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Ending it
You can disconnect Roll Call in the Ring app at any time. We may suspend an account being used to monitor a property without the right to do so.
